TACITUS, (A.D. 275-276), antoninianus, Ticinum mint, (3.30 g), obv. radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Tacitus to right, around IMP C M CL TACITVS AVG, rev. around VICTO RIA G OTTHI, Victory standing to left, holding wreath and palm, in exergue P, (S.11821, RIC 172, C.157). Deep brown toning, good very fine and rare.
