MACRINUS, (A.D. 217-218), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.57 g), issued A.D. 217, obv. bearded Macrinus laureate cuirassed bust to right, around IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG. rev. Felicitas standing to left, holding cornucopiae and caduceus, around FELICITAS TEMPORVM, (S.7332, RIC 60, RSC 15). Toned, minor verdigris on obverse, good very fine or better and rare.
