MELBOURNE METROPOLITAN FIRE BRIGADE, Long Service and Good Conduct Medal in bronze with 30 Years bar, with brooch suspender, edge impressed, W.Stock, 1.6.1909. Good extremely fine.

On 1 Jun 1909 Chief Electrician W.Stock was presented with a fire brigade long service and good conduct medal for 18 years' service by Governor Sir Thomas Gibson-Carmichael at the Metropolitan Fire Station at Eastern Hill. Subsequently, he was presented with the same medal with 30 Years bar, also by the Governor on 13 Sep 1921.
