CHINA, Qing (Ch'ing) Dynasty (1644-1911), Wen Zong, (1851-1861), cast brass, Board of revenue mint, a five hundred cash North branch issue, (56.11 g), 58mm; a one hundred cash East branch issue, (49.35 g) 51mm, a fifty cash East branch issue 57mm (50.56 g), the last was issued June 1853-February 1854, others issued March - August 1854, (Hartill 22.713, 22.708, 22.702, TFP cf.2433, 2430, 2427). Very fine and rare. (3)

Ex Patrick J. O'Rourke Collection and the first from the Hong Kong Convention September 1999.
