CONSTANTIUS II, (A.D. 337-361), AE heavy maiorina, 348-351, Constantinople Mint, (4.47g), obverse, draped and cuirased, pearl-diademed bust right, around D N CONSTAN TIVS P F AVG, reverse, soldier spearing fallen horseman to left, around FEL TEMP RE PARATIO, in exergue CONS**D*star, **G* in left field, (S.18148, RIC 82); another (4.63g), as per first coin except for exergue CONSE, R and dot in left field (S.18149, RIC 106). Both with collector's ticket, first coin with about full silvering, second coin with trace of silvering, irregular edge, extremely fine. (2)
