REPUBLIC, Anonymous, (c.211-206 B.C.), AE semis, possibly Rome mint, (25.34 g), obv. laureate head of Saturn right, S behind, rev. prow to right, S above, ROMA monogram before, ROMA below, (S.789, Cr.84/5, Syd.190a, BMC 193). Deep grey patina with earthen highlights, well struck, very fine and rare.

Ex RJM collection with tickets. Previously Triton I, lot 919 and The Goodman Collection.
