REPUBLIC, Anonymous, (c.211-206 B.C.), AE quadrans, uncertain mint, (8.05 g), obv. head of Hercules right wearing lion's skin headdress, three pellets (mark of value) behind, rev. prow to right, above ROMA, below three pellets, (S.1037, Cr.56/5, Syd.143c, BMC 255). Dark patina, nearly very fine and scarce.
