TWO DOLLARS, Phillips/Wheeler (1972) GVJ 856954 (R.84) excess inking marks on front and back from wet ink transfer with text and portrait visible in reverse, also flaw at right front caused by foreign object on surface during printing. Nearly uncirculated.
