THE BANK OF AUSTRALASIA, uniface black and white printer's proof on paper, one pound, Ipswich, 18.., (here or at Brisbane) imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, Patent Hardened Steel Plate, 'to this 31st July 1860' added in pencil at Manager's signature reserve (MVR 1). Glue marks on back corners, otherwise good extremely fine and very rare.
