GREAT BRITAIN, small vellum document written in Latin, dated 1725, features Manor of Waltham Hall, vs Baron of Customar (?), also Isaac Shard (Sir), with two (II) shillings and three (III) pence duty stamp. Age toned on back, otherwise fine.
