JAVANESE KERIS BLADE, 1890-1910, with straight 39cm blade, forged from iron and nickel to show a pattern when forged, the 'Ganja' at the top of the blade is a similar pattern, wooden hilt is done in Javanese style, the wooden sheath 'Wrangka Gajaman' is in formal style, with four metal bands around the sheath which are embossed ornately. Fine.

The blade is still sharp, be careful when handling.
