MEDAL OF THE ORDER OF AUSTRALIA, (OAM). In original case with miniature, both on lady's ribbon, also riband and brooch bar. Winifred Humbley. Engraved. Toned, uncirculated.

Winifred Humbley of Yarralumla was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia on 11Jun1984 in the Queen's Birthday List for public service, particularly with the Department of Foreign Affairs. Miss Humbley was a secretary with the Department from 1960 and as at 1984 had served in nine missions as Mission Secretary.
