GERMANY, S.M.S. Victoria Louise (1897-1923), kantine tokens for five (16mm), ten (19mm) and twenty (21mm) pfennig in brass. Very fine and scarce. (3)

The SMS Victoria Louise, launched in 1897 and commissioned into the German Fleet in 1899, was named in honour of Emperor Wilhelm II's only daughter, Princess Victoria Louise of Prussia, who was also a great-granddaughter of Queen Victoria of England.
