INTERNATIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL CENTRE, Cambridge, England, Deputy Director General appointment medal in silver (38mm), with suspension ring, obverse, Cambridge University buildings, reverse, 'IBC/D.D.G (in Old English font)/Deputy Director General/(inscribed) M.A.Vincent/(inscribed) Oceania/Division', hallmarked for Toye Kenning & Son, Birmingham, 1987. Toned, nearly uncirculated.

The International Biographical Centre has published over 150 editions of biographical titles highlighting the achievements of important people to a world-wide audience of academics and researchers. The title of Deputy Director General is awarded by the Director General and the Board of the International Biographical Centre of Cambridge in recognition of the individual's achievement and contribution to the centre. Deputy Directors General may be appointed in respect of five separate divisions, namely Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania. The title is accompanied by a Diploma of Authority.
