QUEEN VICTORIA, first type, 1855, with filletted head of Queen Victoria left by James Wyon. Holed at top, otherwise extremely fine and excessively rare in this condition, only two believed to be in finer condition save for the hole.

Ex Jerome Remick Collection (Spink & Son, London Nov. 2006, lot 18) and private purchase from Barrie Winsor.
