LUCIUS VERUS, (A.D. 161-169), silver denarius, issued 167-8, Rome mint, (3.36 g), obv. L VERVS AVG ARM PARTH MAX, laureate head to right, rev. Aequitas standing left holding scales and cornucopiae, around TR P VIII IMP IIII COS III, (cf.S.5361, RIC 578, RSC 310). Bright, very fine/nearly very fine and scarce.
