ANTONINUS PIUS, as Caesar, (A.D. 138-161), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued 138, (3.22 g), obv. IMP T AEL CAES ANTONINVS, bare head to right, rev. TRIB POT COS, Pietas standing left, sacrificing over altar (cf.S.4136, RIC 452a, RSC 1062). Toned, very fine.
