HADRIAN, (117-138) bronze as (12.18g), laureate bust to right, HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS; reverse Salus standing left, holding sceptre and feeding a coiled serpent rising from altar, SALVS AVGVSTVS, in exergue Cos III (issued AD 124-8) (RIC.678). Attractive dark green patina, good extremely fine and rare in this condition, one of the finest known.

In a slab buy NGC as choice AU.
