USA, THE NATIONAL GOVERNOR'S CONFERENCE OFFICIAL BICENTENNIAL MEDALS COLLECTION, fifty first edition proof sterling silver medals (39mm; 0.61oz) (tot wt 35.5oz), each medal in a First day of Issue envelope postmarked at the relevant state capital, issued by Franklin Mint 1976. In large display book of issue, some age tone marks on envelopes, medals FDC.
