BRITISH NAVY, officer's full dress belt in black leather embroidered with three gold bullion stripes, the buckle clasp (QVC) in gilt brass, the back of the buckle stamped, 'CS&S', the back of the leading edge of the belt gold impressed with maker's name, 'Matthews & Compy, Portsmouth', fitting for sword sling split. The belt fine, the buckle extremely fine.
