ISLAMIC DYNASTY, Ilkhanids, Abaqa, (A.H. 663-680, A.D. 1265-1282), silver dirham, (2.40 g), Tiflis mint in Georgia, with Christian inscription and cross on base on reverse, (A.2130, cf.Album Auction 20, [lot 635]). Fine - very fine, some green oxidation on flan, very rare.

The reverse inscription states in Arabic "in the name of the father, the son and the holy spirit, one God", a cross follows the word 'walid'.
