CHINA, Zhou (Chou) Dynasty (1122-255 B.C.), Ming knife money with straight back, issued 300-220 B.C. (17.43 g), obv. type Ming, uncertain characters, length 130mm, (cf.Hartill 4.71-5, cf.DCD 605-7); together with Hsin Dynasty, Wang Mang Interregnum, (c.A.D.9-22), copper spade money, (13.60 g), value 1000, with flat shoulder and foot, with legend "Da Bu Heng Qian", (Hartill 9.29, TFP 482-3) (illustrated). Both with some green oxidation with dirt attached, fine. (2)
