MARCUS AURELIUS, (A.D. 161-180), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 175, (2.90 g), obv. laureate head of Marcus Aurelius to right, around M ANTONINVS AVG GERM SARM, rev. around TR P XXIX IMP VIII COS III, Victory seated to left, holding patera and palm, (cf.S.4937, BMC 632, RIC 333, RSC 923). Toned, good very fine and scarce.
