IRELAND, Earl of Breadalbane 2nd Battalion Volunteers medal, 1798, in silver (oval 48x35mm with suspension ring) by AG&Co, obverse, soldier in highland attire, reverse, 14-lines of text, 'Presented to the Volunteers of the 2d Battn by their Colonel the Earl of Breadalbane in testimony of their gallant conduct in having volunteer'd their Services to Ireland to suppress Rebellion and to aid in repelling a French force which had invaded the Kingdom 1798'. Fine.
