NEW SOUTH WALES, fifteen pence or dump, 1813, a contemporary forgery in copper, uneven edge with much upright milling or graining (see Mira plate 1, also see Sale 89B, lot 1882). Fine for this, struck on a cast blank from false dies or mould, rare.
