PAPUA NEW GUINEA, Bank of Papua New Guinea, set of two, five and ten kina, undated (1975) first prefixes AAA 096502, HAA 052211, NAA 142853, each hand signed by Bill Stevens, the note designer (P.1-3). Nearly uncirculated. (3)
Together with a personal typed letter from Goroka dated 28 April 1975, stating that the three notes are "personally autographed by the designer of the notes - Bill Stevens. Although he has a European name, he is Papua New Guinean, 18 years old."
