BELGIUM, pewter medal, 45mm, commemorating Peter Paul Rubens monument in Antwerp of 1840, made by the Royal Society of Sciences, Letters and Arts, obv. Rubens to left in hat, rev. Antwerp raised a Monument to Rubens 1840. Nearly extremely fine.
