LAC Colin Thomas Davies, RAAF, born 07Jan1944 at Pelaw Main in the Hunter Region of NSW; mustering - Airfield Defence Guards (Grade 2); served in Vietnam as an Adgie with No.1 Operational Support Unit at Vung Tau 11Mar1970 - 12Mar1971.
Adgies protected the airfield and the surrounding base. They conducted both standard security tasks as well as security patrols outside the base perimeter in order to disrupt the possibility of Viet Cong attacks. No 1 OSU operated in direct support of RAAF No.35 Squadron.
