COMMONWEALTH, (1649-1660), silver shilling, 1653 (S.3214). Almost round, well struck, especially on the obverse, even attractive grey and gold tone, good very fine and rare in this condition.

Purchased from Auckland Coin and Bullion Exchange Ltd, per Jim Johnson and Robert A.Climpson Collection, Noble Numismatics Sale 85B (lot 1588).
