ELYMAIS, Kingdom of, Kamnaskires VI, (c.A.D. late 1st - early 2nd century A.D.), billon tetradrachm, (15.06 g), obv. large size bust to left with long beard, wearing diadem, crescent and star behind, rev. trace of crude male bust left, (S.5888, BMC 14 [p.250]); Persis, Kingdom of, Mancucithr (Mancihr) II, (c.A.D. first century), silver hemidrachm, (1.30 g), obv. draped bust to left pointed beard, with diademed tiara within it a crescent and pellet, to right ethnic traces of 'mnctr mlk', rev. diademed and draped bust to left, (cf.S.5964, Alram 637 [p.182, Pl.21), BMC 7 [241]); South Arabia, Sabaeans and Himyarites, under 'Amdan Bayyin [without Yanaf], (mid 1st - 2nd century A.D.), scyphate silver quinarius, (1.47 gm), Raidan mint, obv. male head to right, surrounded by penannular torc, rev. male head right with Himyarite legend around, monogram in field to right, (S.5717, BMC 1-5 [p.70, Pl.XI, 6-9], SNG ANS 1575-1594); South Arabia, Katambania, under Yeda`ab Yanaf, (1st - 2nd century A.D.), convex silver quinarius, (1.34 gm), Harb mint, obv. male head to right, rev. male head right with Himyarite legend around, monogram in field to right and left, (S.5724, BMC 1 [p.75, Pl.XI, 20], SNG ANS 1602-1609). Very weak on the reverse as usual, for the first coin, good fine/fair and scarce; second coin very fine/fine and very rare, the fourth coin slightly scyphate flan and small chip out of edge, otherwise nearly very fine and very rare and the third with some soil adhesion, otherwise extremely fine. (4)
