USA, 1936 LONG ISLAND TERCENTENARY COMMEMORATIVE SILVER HALF DOLLAR. Brilliant, uncirculated.

In a slab by Smart Collect as MS63. Mintage was 81,826. Commemorates the 300th anniversary of the first white settlement on Long Island at Jamaica Bay by Dutch colonists. The obverse depicts a Dutch settler and an Indian and a Dutch sailing ship on the reverse.
