ITALY, Venice, Francesco Erizzo (1631-1646), silver scudo of seven lire or 140 soldi, not dated but struck in 1638, (31.34 g), obv. *FRANC. ERIZZO. DVX. VEN., VV below, ornate cross, rev. SANCT. MARCVS. VENE, lion within shield, (KM and D.4249). Very fine, scarce.

Ex Alan Jordan Collection. A standard Venetian type, struck over many years in the 16th and 17th centuries.
