INDONESIA - MALAY PENINSULA, post Shrivajaya Empire, various tin animal coinage 18th century, and maybe much later, a) sea creature, the makara (in Hindu mythology) like a giant hook with dragon head 175x103mm, (weight 215 g) (illustrated); other tin creatures bird/fish 34x83mm (61.4 g); crocodile/fish on base 94x58mm (17.9 g) most with scale decoration on the sides of the animal types not noted in Tony Lye's book. Mostly very fine, all rare. (3)
