CONVICT LOVE TOKEN, engraved on a smoothed 1797 cartwheel penny, obverse 'when/this you see pray/think on me when/I am far away/George Sales/Cast for Death/Sept 1821', on reverse 'M.S./G.S.' within a heart with crossed arrows, letters around. Very fine.
