USA, NORTH, Central and South American Exposition, New Orleans, 1885-86, in bronze (73mm) by P.L. Krider, obverse, buffalo on mound, palm tree, four figures, namely woman wearing cross, Native American with spear and headdress, woman in gown holding a wreath blessing the buffalo with her mace, second Native American kneeling with tomahawk, THE THREE AMERICAS in exergue, reverse, legend in 8-lines and around a wreath of corn, cotton, wheat and tobacco. A few surface marks, otherwise very fine.
