GERMANY, Bavaria, box medal, 1914-16, in white metal (53mm), containing fold-out illustrated roundels with battle scenes and famous people of WWI in colour, includes Captain Von Muller of Emden fame, box design with obverse, bust of Bavarian King Ludwig III in military uniform left, reverse, Bavarian arms and below Bavarian thaler 1914/16. Medal very fine, cards extremely fine.
