FRANCE, Carolingian Emperors (the Franks), Louis the Pious (814-840) silver denarius of Sens (in Burgundy) issued 814-819. (cfM & G 374; Depeyrot, G.921)(1.72g). Toned, extremely fine and appears to be a modern imitation.
