THE BANK OF AUSTRALASIA, proof one pound on card, uniface, black and white, Sydney, 1st Jany. 1897, imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, 'Octr. 11th 1888' added in pencil in 'Countersigned' area, three hole cancellation below in 'Manager' area (MVR.2c). Blunted corners, good very fine and rare.
