THE BANK OF AUSTRALASIA, proof twenty pounds, uniface, black and white, Ipswich, undated, imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, Patent Hardened Steel Plate., 'July 17th 1865' added in pencil in lower margin, SPECIMEN stamped in 'Manager' area (MVR.2a). Blunted corners, very fine and rare.
