CHINA, Yuan Dynasty, under grey/black mulberry tree bark paper note for one string of one hundred cash or one hundred wen, an issue reading at the top 'Zhi Yuan Tong Xing Bao Chao' type of the third reform called 'Zhi Yuan Bao Chao', size 155x240mm, issued from 1287-1309, (cf.Editorial Board of 'A History of Chinese Currency p.51 type illustrated, B/M T36 var.). Very good, good edges and very rare.
