Together with Bosun's whistle and chain, whistle engraved 'Presented to/A.J.Cook C.B.M./from Lieut Simms/H.M.S. 'Barham'/1894-1896' and card 'with compliments and best wishes/from/Lieut Simms R.N./HMS 'Barham'.
