ELIZABETH II, Royal Mint pattern fifty cents, 1986, cupro-nickel (13.6g). Nearly uncirculated and excessively rare.

The pattern differs from the issued type having no rigging in the top sails of the ship and with rippling water under the word Endeavour on the reverse. An example of the issued coin's reverse is shown below it for comparison.
