Caius and Lucius Caesars standing facing, shields and spears between them, above on left simpulum, to right a lituus, in exergue [C L CAESARES], around [AVGVSTI] F COS DESIG PRINC IVVENT, (S.1597, RIC 207, RSC 43, BMC 540); M. Fannius C.f., (123 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.64 grams), obv. Roma head right, X below, ROMA behind, rev. Victory in quadriga right, [M].FAN.C.F. ligated in exergue, (S.150, Cr.275/1, Syd. 419, RSC Fannia 1). Toned, fine - very fine. (2)
