NEW ZEALAND, Union Bank of Australia Limited, third issue, proof pound, uniface, Auckland, 1st Jany. 1881, imprint of Perkins Bacon & Co London Patent Hardened Steel Plate, Manager area with rectangular cut out 'from this' added in pencil (Robb.M.326b; L.524; P.S356). Remnants of glue stains on back in corners, otherwise extremely fine.
