LUCILLA, wife of Lucius Verus, (died A.D.182), denarius, Rome mint, (2.71 grams), issued 164-6, obv. draped bust to right of Lucilla with hair bound up behind head, around LVCILLAE AVG ANTONINI AVG F, rev. DIANA LVCIFERA around, Diana standing to left, holding long torch in each hand, (S.5482, RIC 763, BMC 308, RSC 16). Attractively toned, slight flan flaw to right of head, otherwise nearly extremely fine, with collector's ticket.
