ELAGABALUS, (A.D. 218-222), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 218-9, (3.54 gm), obv. laureate bust of Elagabalus draped and cuirassed to right, around IMP CAES M AVR ANTONINVS AVG, rev. around FIDES EXERCITVS, Fides seated to left holding standard, another behind, (S.7511, RIC 71, RSC 32). Nearly extremely fine.
