ATTICA, Aegina, (490-458 B.C.), silver stater, (12.08 gm), obv. smoothed shell sea turtle without row of dots down dorsal spine, rev. small incuse square, of 'small skew pattern' design with five sunken triangle compartments, (S.1858, Asyut Group VII, 'Small skew' cf.541, cf.SNG Cop. 501). With small banker's marks on obverse, otherwise nearly very fine.
