CAPPADOCIA, Caesarea, Gordian III, (A.D. 238-242), AE 24, (6.71 grams), year 7 = A.D. 244, obv. laureate head to right of Gordian III, around AV K M ANT **GORDIAN*OC, rev. Six ears of corn in vase, across ET Z, around MHTP KAI B N, (S.3778, SNG Cop. 311, Syd. 616a, BMC 346). Very fine/good very fine and rare.
