The first two unnamed, 2.Lieut. J.L.Chalmers R.F.C. on third medal, Capt. J.L.Chalmers, R.F.C. on fourth and fifth medals, Act.Wg.Cdr. J.Chalmers. R.A.F.V.R. (T) on last medal. All named medals impressed. Swing mounted as worn, extremely fine.
