BOEOTIA, Thebes, (378-338 B.C.), silver stater, (11.760 grams), obv. Boeotian shield, rev. amphora in concave field, with letters **ON AS* either side, (cf.S.2398, Hepworth Series C, No.79, SNG Cop. 347, BMC 159). Off centred obverse, otherwise good very fine/very fine and a scarce type.
